NBL1 Update:
NBL1 South Local Legend:
This week, NBL1 South recognised our very own Frank Morrissy as the Local Legend for Round 9.
A cornerstone of the Geelong basketball community, Frank has been giving back since 1996—across coaching, committee roles, game night support, and everything in between.
Currently coaching the Geelong United U14.2 Girls, Frank is also a constant presence on NBL1 game nights—welcoming teams, assisting court staff, helping with sponsors, and more.
His tireless contributions and selfless support were recently recognised with Life Membership at Geelong United Basketball.
Frank embodies dedication, humility, and passion—an absolute Local Legend in every sense of the word.
