Geelong United Basketball (GUB) is proud to welcome Jason Doherty as our new General Manager, Community.
Jason, an experienced leader, has spent 25 years in both commercial and not for profit roles, includingΒ Macquarie Regional Radio, ACE Radio Network, Cricket Australia, Geelong & District Football Netball League, Volunteering Geelong, Autism Victoria and Lifeline.
Speaking on his new role, Jason is excited for the challenges it will bring, and what he can offer in return to take Geelong United Basketball to a higher level – “I feel my strengths are people management, creating high level strategies, delivering outcomes and being able to maintain a high level of execution across varied business units. Iβm looking forward to supporting the growth and reach of GUB and basketball across our community.”
