A Dollar for Lifeline

May 1-7 marks Lifeline Round across Geelong United Basketball.

Geelong United Basketball is showing its support for Lifeline Geelong & South West Victoria’s critical role in our community with the A Dollar for LifelineΒ campaign.

For every ticket sold to Saturday’s NBL1 South game night between the Hoop City Geelong United Supercats and Mt Gambier, $1 will be donated to Lifeline Geelong & South West Victoria.

Geelong United Basketball will also donate $1 from the sale of every drink purchased from the upstairs Gage Roads Brewery Bar at Geelong Arena on Saturday night.

You can show your support by donating $1 when you purchase your Community Competition game ticket between May 1-7

“Geelong United Basketball is very pleased to partner with Lifeline Geelong & South West Victoria for our Lifeline Round,” CEO Mark Neeld said.

“As a basketball community, we are thankful for all the work Lifeline does, and we are grateful for the opportunity to promote awareness of and raise some much-needed funding for Lifeline Geelong & South West.”

If you or someone you know is experiencing personal problems, please get in touch with Lifeline on 13 11 14 or lifeline.org.au
